How to choose a chest freezer on Black Friday
If you just need a chest freezer for a few basic items or to expand your freezer space, it is totally okay to just pick one of the cheaper ones.
However, there are some other considerations if you have more in mind for your chest freezer. Size can be an issue, for sure, and getting too much of a good thing can crowd you out. Don’t get more freezer than your home can handle.
Of course, if you do want a bigger-sized chest freezer, you can possibly stick it out in your garage. Many chest freezers are rated for their ability to withstand high external temps. Check out your garage’s temperature (it might be higher or lower than what your meteorologist says your outdoor temp is, depending on build, shade, and ventilation) first if you think it might be too high for the freezer.
